Expanding on the last newsletter, I'd like to stress the importance of interacting with other BPM enthusiasts. It's easy to recognize when someone is genuinely enthusiastic and deeply interested in a subject. In my opinion, this enthusiasm is what really drives us forward, especially in the research world. π
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of having meaningful conversations with a lot of passionate people. These discussions not only lead to fresh ideas and inspiration but also reignite one's personal drive. π€
Moreover, specialization plays a crucial role. The more specific you become in a particular area, the more room you have for deeper exploration and breakthroughs.
In my recent interview with Christoph Piller for the latest episode of the New Process Podcast, I couldn't help but notice his burning passion for his topic: subject-oriented BPM and the corresponding PASS notation. As I had never heard of PASS before, I had a lot of questions about it. π€
