Hi Reader,
Can you remember the last time you started a new project, turned a bright idea into reality or maybe even started your own business? If you're nodding yes, then you know the thrill of starting something new - and the mountain of to-do's that comes with it.
One of the greatest challenges I've faced is the art of starting simple and progressing incrementally - the philosophy of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
It still happens to me today that in my burst of motivation I want to do everything at once: new episodes of the New Process Podcast, the New Process Conference (which is finally happening π), my own course on getting people excited about process, etc., etc., but of course I can't do it all at once, especially with my daily tasks that still need to be done. π«£
The only thing that helps is to slow down a little and think step by step. βπ»
This is exactly what Daniel Matka said in the latest episode of the New Process Podcast when he talked about the implementation of process automation: even one of the largest process automation initiative in Germany at Robert Bosch started with a simple process automation to be able to start with an MVP quite quickly.
Listen to the full interview here and take away Daniel's expert advice on how to implement process automation:

Hi Reader, Expanding on the last newsletter, I'd like to stress the importance of interacting with other BPM enthusiasts.
