I hope you also had relaxing holidays and a good start into the new year! I enjoyed the little time off very much and started the year 2023 with many new ideas.
This year, I will be working even more intensively on the question of how to get people excited about processes. - One activity here is, of course, the search for a human-centric BPM tool. And for that, I spoke with Scott Armstrong, Managing Partner at Interfacing, about Interfacing's tool EPC in the latest episode of the New Process Podcast.
EPC stands for Enterprise Process Center and is Interfacing's integrated management system. If you haven't heard about EPC, it is definitely worth tuning in. In the episode, Scott provides deep insights into the tool and how EPC helps to rethink processes. Worth listening are also his predictions for the BPM tool market and what of it is already on the roadmap for EPC.
